Differences between blow molded seats and injection molded seats
We know that stadium bleacher seats can be divided into injection molding, blow molding, metal and soft packaging according to materials. But do you know how blow molding is different from injection molding?

- Due to the different production processes of blow molding and injection molding, the materials used in seats are also different. HDPE materials are mostly used in blow molding, while PP materials are mostly used in injection molding. In addition to this, seats made by blow molding are hollow, while seats made by injection molding are solid.
- The structure of the blow molded seat is relatively simple, so the seat is lighter and the price is relatively affordable. However, its shortcomings are simple functions, average appearance, and relatively low grade. Of course, there are also relatively high-grade blow molded seats, which are also more expensive.
- The advantage of injection molded seats is that the dimensions are more precise and the surface is more beautiful. The comfort level has also been improved, and the pressure resistance and impact resistance have also been enhanced. Gas-assisted injection molded seats are more reliable and wear-resistant, and their flame retardant performance reaches B1 level. Of course, its shortcomings are also obvious, the cost is relatively high, and the structure is relatively complex.
The seat we named shell is a gas-assisted blow molding seat. Its appearance, shape and size are designed based on ergonomic principles, and the overall shape of the seat is novel and unique. In addition, it is also wear-resistant. The flame retardant performance has reached B1 level and obtained the SGS European fire protection mark. Because of the various installation methods, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor sports venues.
