What is the minimum order quantity and the lead time?
The minimum order quantity for the ACE folding seat is 300 seats, and lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation (depending on seat quantity, colour, upholstery choice and whether a custom logo mould is required). Production capacity is 2,000 seats per day in our 14,000 m² factory, so larger stand projects can be scheduled in phases.
What makes the ACE seat different from a fixed bucket seat?
ACE is a folding seat: it has a high backrest with integrated armrests and a wide seat surface, and the seat folds so rows can be cleared for circulation and cleaning. The bracket is made from full aluminium alloy, and the seat can be supplied with sofa cushions or a PU seat surface.
How is the steelwork protected against rust?
The angle brackets are 4 mm Q235 hot-rolled steel plate and the round tubes are φ14 mm solid round steel. They are sandblasted to GB/T 18839 and then receive electrostatic powder coating to GB/T 19352 with a coating thickness of 60–80 μm, verified to GB/T 1764.
Is the folding action noisy?
No. Top and bottom silent pads are fitted to the mechanism specifically for noise reduction, which is why ACE is used in indoor arenas and halls as well as outdoor stadiums.
Can seats be numbered individually?
Yes. Optional aluminium number plates can be fitted for clear seat identification, typically requested for ticketed stands and media positions.
What warranty and service life do you offer?
The seat carries a 2-year warranty with an expected use life of 10 years, and is tested to SGS, ISO 4892-2 (accelerated weathering) and BS 5852 (ignition resistance of upholstered seating).
Can we match our venue colours and add our logo?
Yes. Seat colours are produced with professional colour masterbatches and custom colours are available. An exclusive logo mould can be produced for customised branding, and colour-matched seats can be arranged to form large-scale logos or graphics across a stand.
