Hollow blow molding of stadium seating has been widely used to produce a variety of thin shell hollow products, chemical and daily packaging containers, as well as children's toys.Hollow blow molding (also known as blow molding) is a method of blowing and forming hollow products by means of gas pressure. It is the most commonly used plastic processing method and a fast developing plastic forming method. The mould used for blow molding is only negative mould (concave mould). Installation Methods
The ECO series is engineered for concrete grandstands: the same seat shell can be mounted flat, on the wall or vertically, so one model covers several stand heights without changing the seat.

Yes. Seat colours are produced with professional colour masterbatches, and an exclusive logo mould can be made for customised production. Because seats are colour-matched, large-scale logos or graphics can be formed across a stand to reinforce venue identity.

The seat carries a 2-year warranty with an expected use life of 10 years, and is tested to SGS, ISO 4892-2 (accelerated weathering) and BS 5852 (ignition resistance of upholstered seating).
What is the minimum order quantity and the lead time?
The minimum order quantity for the Eco-M seat is 200 seats, and lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation (depending on seat quantity, colour and whether number plates or a custom logo mould are required). Production capacity is 2,000 seats per day across 6 blow moulding machines and 2 air injection machines in our 14,000 m² factory.
